Spinach Garbanzo Basil Dip

Spinach garbanzo basil dip
This is one of those healthy, versatile recipes where you don’t really need to measure anything. Precision is not imperative. It’s a great thing.

I ate it as a dip with chips today but the other day I put it on zoodles with a fried (runny) egg and sun dried tomato. You could eat it with steak or chicken too. Go wild with it!!

Spinach Garbanzo Basil Dip Recipe

Ingredients
2 handfuls spinach
1 handful fresh basil leaves
About a half can of Garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
salt & pepper

Procedure
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to adjust liquid to get the right consistency. Add more lemon juice if the dip is too thick.
